Sharing Computers Without Pain

The Riverside Conservancy is an umbrella organization for the townhomes, condos and apartments at Riverside Station in Woodbridge. The conservancy provides service to the residents and operates the clubhouse for the benefit of the members. The management team at Riverside is located in the clubhouse, and HaveTex makes sure their computers are readily available so the staff can support the residents.

In addition, there is a business center in the clubhouse, which provides 5 PCs for the residents' use. If you've ever shared a PC, you know you are at the mercy of the least sophisticated person who shares it with you to ensure that it works properly when you need it. HaveTex tackles this difficult challenge by employing software that locks down each PC. You can do anything you like with the computer, but as soon as it reboots, it's back to the way it was before you used it. 

Periodically we check all the computers to make sure they are running smoothly.  We want to resolve any issues that come up, but very few do.
